What to Expect

  • Enjoy a cardio disco inspired warm up to 1970s classics and rarities!

  • Learn some of the signature 1970’s dance moves from artists that defined the era

  • Learn funky & fabulous 1970’s inspired routines choreographed by The Meyer Dancers!

Our 1970’s Disco Dancing Online Course is open level - anyone can join regardless of any previous experience. We are about empowering people to enjoy dancing and spread love and happiness!

Each routine is split into two classes. A recording link is sent the day after class which stays live for 7 days, then expires. So if you miss the live, you can catch up!

Payment instructions

  1. On the Paypal payment page on ‘notes’ please write 1970’s Disco Dancing Online Course

2. Once you have purchased the course, you will be added to our register and a welcome email will be sent on the day of the first class (at least 1 hour before) with instructions and a Zoom link.

3. Classes are led live on Zoom. Class bookings will close 2 hours before the start of the session. Everyone who has signed up, will receive a recording of the class which will stay live for 7 days. So if you are in another part of the world, please do join in!
