The Meyer Dancers are London's “Go-to” Groovy Dance Group!
We are a groovy sisterhood, with extensive experience in 1960’s and 1970’s dance; you can expect us to add authenticity and energy to your event, party, festival or footage, that will get everyone dancing!
Our company formed in 2010 with a group of professionally trained dancers and choreographers, who are massively passionate about 60’s and 70’s music. We bring the footage of 'Ready Steady Go', 'Pans People' and 'Soul Train' to life again with movement inspired by the amazing dancers of the era & fabulous hair styles...
We Meyer Dancers have gone on to enjoy a career as specialist retro vixens. We have regular bookings, performing and teaching at live events and private functions, festivals such as 'Glastonbury' and the 'Isle of Wight', through to modelling work and TV and film appearances. We perform internationally and have a wonderful fan base all over the world. We also teach workshops in 1960’s Go-Go style and run in person and virtual classes.
